  • Connect the activity/activities to the BC English Language Arts curriculum – where do you think it fits in? List the appropriate Big Idea, Curricular Competency, and Content from the corresponding grade(s). You may choose to list any cross-curricular connections, First Peoples Principles of Learning, and/or Core Competencies if appropriate.
    *Please do not just ask the teacher where their lesson(s) fit into the curriculum – you need to discover this yourself! You may wish to discuss curriculum connections with your group.
  • Describe the activity/activities that occurred in the classroom.
  • Include 1-3 photos that enhance your activity description. 
    *Please make sure you have teacher permission to take photos and do not include any identifying features of students in your photos.
  • Reflect on your participation and experience in the activity/activities with respect to the Professional Standards for BC Educators (i.e. no names used, no judgment/criticism of the students, teacher, staff, or school, etc.).
